the gift show can be a love/hate relationship. it's like the boyfriend that you keep coming back to and right when think you're about to pull the plug, they come through for you. similarly, as soon as we feel like our blistered feet can't take another step, and our dr. scholl's inserts have failed us, we come across a beacon of beauty that reminds us why we love it. dunes & duchess was our perfect reminder.

this adorable company originally made waves with their gorgeous turned wood candelabras and has most recently ventured into the world of lighting. and boy, do we approve.

Hands down, this is our favorite trim color. It's not white, it's not ivory. It's rich. Like heavy whipping cream.
